| The fully automatic vacuum filling machine (AVAC) of Shanghai Saidong Technology Co., Ltd. is developed and designed based on the semi-automatic vacuum filling machine (VAC). Suitable for various water agents, high foaming products, or products with good fluidity. The machine is designed to be compact and reasonable, with a simple appearance. It is controlled by PLC and uses continuous vacuum suction to draw the product into the container. When the product is filled to the outer tube of the filling head, excess product is drawn back into the material bucket. The filling liquid level height is determined by the depth of the filling head into the container. Therefore, regardless of whether the container to be filled is the same or not, the filled liquid level can be kept the same. The return bin is of medical grade, and the products inside the bin can be reused. The AVAC series is easy to maintain and does not require special tools, truly achieving convenient adjustment, no bottle filling, and accurate filling. The number of filling heads and the length of the conveyor belt can be customized according to customer needs. |
